Montenegro is the newest addition to the Lev Hair culinary scene, opening up in the spot formerly belonging to Tel Aviv Italian institution, Pronto, which has since relocated to Herzl St on the border of Neve Tzedek and & the Financial District. Featuring eclectic fare spanning from the Balkans to New York to Spain, Montenegro is a part of the Tel Aviv restaurant group whose portfolio include the neighboring Cafe Noir.
